Our Strategy

At ATHEER CLOUDS, we adopt a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across all activity categories. This is achieved by fostering harmonious interaction between sectors, and by streamlining processes in both our existing companies and those we plan to acquire.

We aspire to generate cost savings of up to SAR 1.375 billion, through greater business integration, improved working capital efficiency, and elevated operational performance.

Our strategy is built upon the following key pillars:

  • Enhancing operational excellence and improving performance quality across all business units.
  • Developing sales systems to meet the highest global standards of performance and efficiency.
  • Modernizing corporate management systems to promote sustainability, and ensure agility and effectiveness in decision-making.
  • Improving supply chain efficiency by optimizing supplier performance and implementing faster, more streamlined operational mechanisms.

As growth is one of the three core pillars of our overall strategy, we are committed to achieving this goal through:

  • Delivering key services in strategically important markets,
  • Expanding across high-value categories,
  • And increasing profit margins by 2034 through the reinforcement of our core business foundation.

To support this, we have launched an ambitious sustainable growth strategy by forming partnerships with companies that own strong, reputable brands, and are leaders in the services we provide.

Over time, this approach is expected to generate positive interaction between cost and revenue, as we integrate these businesses—leveraging cross-selling opportunities and expanding our portfolio of regional brands.

Our current strategy is the result of a comprehensive and in-depth evaluation of our operations, stemming from a clear vision of the position we aspire to achieve and the path we will take to reach it. We are committed to executing this vision with agility and resilience, while safeguarding our core business and ensuring sustainable progress driven by determination and smart adaptation to change.

Phase One: (2013 – 2020)

Since launching the first phase of our strategy in January 2013, we have focused on three fundamental pillars:

  • Growth
  • Efficiency
  • Capability Excellence

This balanced approach enabled us to expand into seven countries, supported by our deep understanding of community needs, openness to diverse cultures, and the dedication of our staff to delivering a broad range of services that meet the expectations of both partners and clients. This empowered us to enhance the concept of social well-being through the daily services we provide.

Phase Two: (2021 – 2034)

In April 2021, we commenced the second phase of our long-term strategy, with objectives to:

  • Achieve regional leadership in the Middle East by 2034
  • Expand our market presence and solidify our regional standing
  • Maximize value for all stakeholders
  • Continue driving profitability through a consumer-centric approach

This phase is built on effective business integration and strategic investment decisions, enabling us to reap the benefits of this policy in both the short and long term, while ensuring continuous growth and positive impact within the communities we serve.

We will continue to develop our human assets and attract more talent, with a clear focus on the necessary expertise to manage categories to ensure complete alignment of our capabilities with the expected requirements for our continuous growth. Our primary focus for the next five years will be on digitizing performance management systems, implementing change initiatives across all areas, with ongoing attention to sustainability and innovation issues. Our new high reaching strategy will ensure leadership in the Middle East region by 2024. We will continue to improve our operational efficiency, enhance our product portfolio, operate within a framework based on principles, and adopt the best pillars that form the basis of our environmental, social responsibilities, and sound governance agenda as fundamental drivers to enhance stakeholder experience and deliver returns to shareholders in line with the highest global standards. 

We are committed to managing top-notch quality to provide the best services to our customers. To achieve this goal, we implement a company-wide quality management system across all our projects and carry out various activities to build a quality culture and practice proactive quality management. 

At ATHEER CLOUDS, we rely on an advanced preventive quality management system that integrates proactive quality solutions (QPS) with digitization and artificial intelligence technologies to analyze real-time data. Our quality team utilizes AI algorithms to detect patterns and predict potential issues before they occur, based on a vast database of experience and historical information.

Preventive measures are identified at the most granular units of work activity, with notifications and recommendations sent automatically. This enables actions to be taken at least two weeks prior to activity completion, ensuring effective and timely elimination of recurring quality issues.

We also employ advanced digital systems to continuously monitor operations and analyze performance indicators, fostering a culture of preventive quality and ensuring flexible, proactive management that maintains exceptional service levels across all our projects.

Comprehensive System for Quality Issue Prevention
Implementation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) alongside a quality issue prevention database, supported by an automatic notification system guided by work-level manuals aligned with the project schedule.

Quality Process Management at Activity Unit Level
A detailed quality operation manual for the smallest work units, managing quality processes across relevant phase teams or subsequent project stages.

Owner-Based Preventive Process Monitoring
Monitoring compliance with quality management procedures by each responsible owner, tracking the effectiveness of preventive measures, and reviewing preventive processes immediately upon the occurrence of any quality issues.

Quality Improvement in the Smallest Work Units
Clarifying the responsibilities of quality activity owners and requiring them to maintain visible records, enabling continuous quality enhancement at the most granular work unit level.

Flexible Dress Code
We encourage wearing elegant attire that aligns with the company culture and the nature of daily tasks.

Flexible Working Hours
We apply a flexible working system with core hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, or through selective working hours that suit employees’ needs and job requirements.

Incentive Programs
We offer a variety of incentives at both the individual and organizational levels, based on the outcomes of bids and projects.

Health Management
We care deeply about our employees’ wellbeing by providing comprehensive medical check-ups for them and their spouses, in addition to medical insurance and group coverage at preferential rates.

Our Strategy
